Don Harvey, born May 31, 1960 in St. Clair Shores, Michigan, USA, is an actor. He has a recurring role as Danny Flanagan in HBO's The Deuce.

He is a prolific film and television performer. He began screen acting in the 1980s and had a series of supporting roles in high profile features. He played Officer Preseuski in The Untouchables (1987). He played Charles 'Swede' Risberg in the baseball drama Eight Men Out (1988). He appeared in the war film Casualties of War (1989) as Corporal Thomas E. Clark. He played Garber in Die Hard 2 (1990). He played Sergeant Becker in the Terence Malick ensemble war drama The Thin Red Line (1998).

He worked with HBO on the David Milch drama series Luck. He had a recurring role as The Flack in 2011 and 2012. He has also guest starred in ER, Numb3rs, The Good Wife, The Blacklist and Blue Bloods.

He returned to film as Garcia in Taken 3 (2014).
